🍏 At our Oncology office we give recommendations about diet for ladies with Breast cancer (BC). Both ✔️weight loss and ✔️a low-fat diet are important in lowering the risk of BC recurrence. A low-fat diet may also lower the risk of heart disease and may help for weight loss. There are few tips to help women with BC to make good food choices: ✔️Eat a low-fat and plant diet rich in vegetables 🥗, fruits 🍎, beans 🫘 and variety of whole grains (brown rice, oats and wild rice).
